Once our award-winning Rye Whiskey is ready for bottling, our freshly emptied barrels are the perfect vessel for aging pure, organic, Vermont maple syrup. Notes of toffee and rye spice mingle with the rich, robust maple syrup for up to twelve months. The result is an excellent compliment in any cocktail.
